The Seaboard Region of the Zionist Organization will build a $100,000 student dormitory at the ZOA Agricultural Training Institute Kfar Silver, located near Ashkelon, Israel, according to an announcement today by Harry M. Miller, president of the Region. Half of this amount has already been pledged by Baltimore contributors. The Seaboard Region encompasses ZOA Districts of the states of Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia and Washington, D. C.
Another important addition to the Kfar Silver campus will be a $60,000 medical clinic to be established by the Pelham Parkway ZOA District in the Bronx, N. Y. , in memory of their late leader, veteran Zionist Samuel Oberman. Substantial contributions towards this project were already made by the Oberman family and the ZOA Eastern Pennsylvania Region. The clinic to be equipped with modern facilities will serve the needs the 200 students of Kfar Silver.
