The total number of delegates who will attend the Fifteenth Zionist Congress opening here on August ##, will be 280. This number includes the delegates elected by the various constitueneies and the members of the Executive and General Council who are representatives to the Congress by virtue of their office.
Some cuestion has arisen as to the credentials of the delegates representing the Zionists in russia. This will have to the ###ed by the congress court.
Many delegates have already arrived and acconding to announcements made public to-day the larger delegations will begin their cancuses on Sunday. The Poale Zion and the Hitachduth groups have already started their deliberations. The report of the Zionist Executive, which will be submirted to the congress. is not yet completed, it was declared.
