A complaint by the Agudas Israel that the Actions Committee of the Prague Jewish Community is restricting certain, religious activities will be investigated, a government spokesman today announced. The matter will probably be taken up by the Ministry for Education which has Jurisdiction over religious matters and religious groups.
The Agudah originally lodged the complaint with the Czechoslovak Embassy in London and requested that it be forwarded to Prague. The government pointed out that although the Agudah communication came through Foreign. Office channels, the matter would be handled by another ministry. He also revealed that the Actions Committee has already been requested to answer the points raised by Agudah.
