M. Zeltzer-Saraceanu was today elected president of the Union of Rumanian Jews. He succeede Dr. William Filderman who held this post for many years.
Mr. Saraceanu was at one time the general secretary of the Union of Rumanian Jews. He was also the editor of the Curierul Israelita, organ of the same organization, which is the central representative body of Rumanian Jewry.
