The Graf Zeppelin started on its flight across the Mediterranean to Palestine this morning. Paul Loebe, president of the Reichstag, is one of the 27 passengers. The Zeppelin will make a non-stop flight of 5,000 miles, dropping mail bags along the route.
Permission for the Zeppelin to land in Palestine was not granted, although Dr. Hugo Eckener, captain, bad announced plans for a visit to Palestine sites during the trip.
