The Becherev family, which figured prominently in the Arlosoroff case, is to be deported to Bulgaria. It is claimed they entered Palestine illegally.
Mrs. Becherev and her two children testified that they saw Stavsky in Jerusalem on the night Arlosoroff was murdered. Moshe Chaim Becherev is the head of the family.
Negotiatons are in progress between the Palestine and Bulgarian governments for deportation. A son, Abraham, 20, may remain in Palestine, but Rosa, 12, and Chaim, 16, the alibi witnesses, must leave.
