A large General Zionist mass meeting held here last night to mark the 41st anniversary of the death of Theodor Herzl, heard Andre Blumel, Socialist leader, demand that the gates of Palestine be kept open for free Jewish immigration. Mr. Blumel stressed the growing solidarity of French Jews. Guest speakers included U.S. Army chaplains Racowsky and Schubow.
