Mr. Berl Locker, member of the Zionist World Executive and head of the Organisation Department in London, has just returned to London after an absence of a for tnight. Mr. Locker visited several countries, where he had conferences with leading Zionist representatives, discussing with them the political and financial situation, and he also addressed numerous public meetings.
Mr. Locker visited Antwerp where he spoke at a big public meeting organised in connection with the Conference of the United Zionist Labour Party. On the following day Mr. Locker attended a Conference of leading Zionists in Belgium, reviewing the Zionist position.
From Belgium Mr. Locker proceeded to Vienna, where immediately upon his arrival a conference of leading Zionists, representing all Parties, took place. Mr. Locker gave information on the present political situation and dealt with various matters affecting the Zionist Organisation.
The same afternoon Mr. Locker addressed press representatives on current Zionist matters. In the evening he spoke at a meeting arranged by the United Labour Party of the Poale Zion and Hitachduth, his subject being the Jewish workman on the Socialist and Elonist Front.
Mr. Locker also addressed a Zionist mass meeting organised by the central Zionist body of Vienna.
Mr. Locker then visited several places in Czecho-Slovakia. He addressed meetings at Bratislava, Bruenn, Maehrisch-Ostrau, and he also conferred at the various centres with leading Zionists representing various parties.
From Czecho-Slovakia Mr. Locker proceeded to Berlin, where he discussed the Zionist situation with the Zionist leaders in Germany.
