The most important gathering of world Zionist and non-Zionist leaders since the Palestine riots, will be held here during the weeks of March 16 and 23 when the general council of the World Zionist Organization meets on March 16 and the Administrative Committee of the Jewish Agency for Palestine gathers on March 23.

The Administrative Committee meeting, the first since last Summer’s disturbances, will have to deal with the difficult and manifold problems that have arisen in connection with these disturbances, the chief of which will be to determine the Agency’s attitude toward the Arabs, particularly in view of the recent statements of Dr. Judah L. Magnes, Chancellor of the Hebrew University, and of Dr. Oscar Wasserman, chairman of the board of directors of the Keren Hayesod and leader of the German non-Zionist forces.

The meeting is also expected to straighten out the differences of opinion which have arisen between Dr. Chaim Weizmann, president of the World Zionist Organization and Felix M. Warburg, chairman of the Administrative Committee, with regard to the functions of the Executive and of the Administrative Committee of the Jewish Agency.

The American delegation of non-Zionist members of the Administrative Committee, headed by Mr. Warburg, leaves for England today. Other non-Zionist members accompanying him are Dr. Cyrus Adler, Alexander Kahn and James H. Becker. Julius Simon and Joseph C. Hyman are going as deputy members.

The American Zionist members of the Administrative Committee will be headed by Louis Lipsky, president of the Zionist Organization of America. Other American Zionists of the Committee who will attend are Dr. A. Coralnik, Rabbi W. Teitelbaum, Gedaliah Bublik of the Mizrachi (orthodox Zionists), and Berl Locker of the Poale Zion (Labor wing).
