The Palestine subcommission of the Zionist General Council adopted a resolution today recommending that the Jewish agency for Palestine reconsider its decision to participate in the forthcoming British-Jewish-Arab conferences in London. The action, taken at a special meeting, was motivated by the British government’s rejection of a plea for admission of 10,000 children refugees from Germany. The resolution also stressed the necessity for convocation of a meeting in the United States of the representatives of world Jewry to defend the Zionist political mission and to fight for solution of the refugee problem.
