Although it was previously announced that the 18th Zionist Congress would probably be held in Karlsbad, it appears that the Zionist authorities are endeavoring to arrange to have it held here. An emissary of the Zionist Executive has arrived in this city and is consulting the local authorities on the question of the facilities needed for the Congress. It is understood that the main difficulty is a question of a suitable hall, as there are not many buildings in Antwerp large enough for a Zionist Congress.
