A two-day annual convention of the Zionist Federation of Argentina, a General Zionist party, concluded here last night with the election of Max Starkman as president. Delegates from Chile and Uruguay also attended the sessions. One of the highlights of the meetings was an appeal by out-going president Dr. Isaac Golden berg for unity among all Zionist parties.
