David Remez, secretary of the Palestine Jewish labor federation, and Daniel Auster, Vice-Mayor of Jerusalem, arrived here today to address a nationwide congress on Palestine opening Oct. 30. The non-Zionist Agudath Israel has announced that it will participate in the congress. Dr. Chaim Weizmann, president of the Jewish Agency, will speak by telephone from London.
