The draft constitution for the extended Jewish Agency which was submitted by the Zionist Executive to the General Council session in Berlin last December is now in the hands of a special commission chosen by the General Council.
It was declared on behalf of the Zionist Executive that the draft which was considered by the General Council was not accepted and was referred back to a commission. The commission charged with re-drafting the proposal consists of Felix Rosenblueth, secretary of organization of the Zionist Executive, Dr. Leonard Stein, political secretary of the Executive, and Dr. Georg Halperin.
