Ben Zion Mossensohn, director of the He brew gymnasium at Tel Aviv, was kept under arrest for three hours here yesterday on the charge that he had insulted Chancellor Dollfuss in a speech delivered at Carlsbad last summer while the Zionist Congress was in session at Prague.

The president of the Zionist Organization of Austria and a number of ther important witnesses interceded with the police, explaining that the allegation against Mossenoshn was false, whereupon the Hebrew scholar was released.
