The first national conference of the Zionists of Mexico will open here this week, on October 15, and will last three days. It will hear discussions on the political struggle in Palestine as well as the unification of all Zionist forces in Mexico.
The conference coincides with the conclusion of the campaign for the Jewish National Fund during which a quarter of a million pesos were raised, breaking all records. The campaign was conducted by Nathan Bistrisky of Jerusalem. Prominent Mexicans will address the opening of the conference which will be marked with a mass-meeting arranged by “Accion Demceratica.”
