Outstanding figures in the Zionist movement will gather Tuesday to do honor to Simon Ackerman, clothing merchant and prominent in Jewish welfare work in Brooklyn, who has just returned from a trip to Palestine. Mr. Ackerman, who has contributed more than $30,000 to various Palestine causes in the past decade, will be guest of honor at a banquet at Menorah Temple Brooklyn.
