A huge mass meeting will be held Sunday evening, July 28, at the Public Theatre, Second Avenue and Fourth Street, in commemoration of the 25th anniversary of the death of Theodor Herzl, founder of the modern political Zionist movement. The principal speaker will be Rabbi Barnett Brickner, of Cleveland, O. Others who will deliver addresses are Dr. Chaim Greenberg and Mordecai Danzis. Jonah J. Goldstein, prominent New York.attorney, will preside.

the 16th Biennial World Zionist Congress in Zurich, Switzerland. Similar exercises are to be held in the larger cities throughout the country, and in the most populous Jewish centers throughout the world.
Dr. Herzl, who founded the World Zionist Organization in 1897, is considered the organizer of the modern Jewish renaissance. It is as a result of the negotiations which he started during his lifetime that Palestine has come to be internationally recognized as the home for the Jews.
