Israel Bond purchases at activities conducted by the Zionist Organization of America in 1970-71 totaled a record $6450,600, Meyer Pesin of Jersey City. N.J., national ZOA Israel Bond chairman, reported this week. This represents a 14 percent increase over 1969-70 Bond sales of $4.8 million, the previous annual high, Mr. Pesin said.
