Dr. Weizmann has agreed to an Arab proposal that an Arab Government be formed in Palestine, in return for which the Arabs will guarantee to the Jews all rights now accorded them under the British Mandate. This unconfirmed declaration was made by Abdullah, the editor of the Arab paper, “Philistine”.

Before giving his final consent, the Arab editor declares, Dr. Weizmann said he would first have to consult with American Zionists during his approaching visit to the United States.
