Davis for Immigrant Census

The United States proposes to take an annual census of all unnaturalized aliens, Secretary of Labor Davis declared in an address here today. There are 7 million unnaturalized aliens in the U.S. today, Davis declared. The new census will be used as the initial step in Americanization process, he stated.
