Zalaserzeg Captives Seek Return to Russia

Many Russian Jews, former captives of the Austrian army, who were confined for years during and following the war in the notorious internment camp at Zalagerzeg, Hungary, are walking about the streets of Vienna desperately searching for means of transportation to Berlin.

The Russian Embassy there is said to have promised to facilitate their return to Russia which many of them have not seen since the outbreak of the war. Large numbers of sheir fellow captives at the internment camp perished, the released prisoners declare.
