The anti-Passover campaign is in full swing, Jewish communists straining every effort to drive home their propaganda against the observance of the usual ceremonies and practices connected with the festival. The Christian atheists who are devoting themselves to anti-Easter campaign are expected to offer their assistance to their Jewish comrades in their anti-Pesach activities.

This month’s issue of the “Bezboznik” (“Godless”) devotes special attention to the hostile Passover demonstrations.

Stress is being placed to the economic side of the Passover observance. The propaganda of the Jewish communists makes it a point to show how much more expensive Matzos is than bread; how costly it is to have a special set of Passover dishes; how foolish it is for the housewife to go to the trouble of “koshering” process and all details of the Pesach celebration. In this way the Jewish Communists believe they can appeal to the masses who now have a hard time making ends meet.
