The Jewish Bureau of the, Soviet Department for Nationalities and the Moscow headquarters of the “Idgescom” are making preparations to receive Jewish refugees from Russia and Ukraine who are being expelled from Poland, according to a catlegram received by the “Idgescom” here from its Moscow headquarters.
