The American Jewish Relief Committee in its Passover campaign for funds for war sufferers is distributing an “Addition to the Haguddah” which seeks to “tell in the language of the Passover Haguddah the history of Jewish conditions in Europe and to appeal for additional help”.

The ten present plagues among the war sufferers are described as “exile, pogroms, starvation, cold, vermin, disease, nakedness, orphanhood, homelessness, death,”
