Will Investigate Jewish Emigration Conditions in Europe for American Government

Mr. Morris Weinberg, publisher of THE PAY, and Mrs. Weinberg are sailing today for Europe on the Cunard S.S. Beiengaria. They are going abroad principally to investigate emigration problems and conditions as they affect this country. He will travel as a special representative of the U.S. government.

Mr. Sol. Lamport is also sailing on the S.S. Berengaria today. He will visit Palestine in order to decide upon large investments he expects to make there.
