100 Jewish Workmen Injured in Lodz May Day Riot

A hundred Jewish workmen belonging to the Bund and Poale Zion Parties received injuries of various descriptions in a battle accompanying the May Day demonstrations yesterday. Knives, clubs, sticks and swords were wielded by the assailants. Included among the injured is Town Councillor posmanski. Leader of the Jewish Labor Party Bund. Several hundred workmen Lave been arrested.
