Resolutions declaring Jews as inadmissable were adopted by the municipalities of Spitzamdonau and Kremsmuenster, two well-known Austrian health resorts. Appeals against this decision, which is in violation of the constitution, have been lodged with the officials of the districts in which the resorts are situated. Failing satisfaction in this quarter, Jewish leaders declare they will start proceedings in the higher courts against both the municipalities and the district officials.
