General Ludendorf did not mean to cast aspersion upon the Jews of Germany in passages in his war memoirs said by Jewish leaders to be distinctly uncomplimentary, is the opinion of the court of the second instance which considered the charges preferred by the German Bnei Brith lodge against the Generalissimo.
