Mrs. Fels Buys £e100,000 Worth of Land in Palestine

Mrs. Mary Fels, prominent Zionist and widow of the late Joseph Fels, the multi millionaire soap manufacturer and land tax exponent of Philadelphia has purchased some tracts of land in Palestine, costing approximately a total of £E100,000.

Mrs. Fels plans, according to reports, to open the land to settlement for the sons of Jewish colonists of Petach Tikvah, Zichron Yaakov, and other colonists, at present inadequately supplied with land for cultivating purposes.
