A love affair with an Arab girl was responsible for the murder of Chaim Rotman last Thursay by Arabs near Ramleh. The theory previously reported that robbery was the motive has now been discarded.
According to authorities, Rotman was a rival of an Arab for the hand of a young Arab woman. The Arab sweetheart is now being held for the murder. Two other Arabs also believed implicated in the deed are in the custody of the police.
