Even Jewish soldiers of Germany who weathered the horrors of war for their country in the front line trenches are not exempt from anti-Semitic scorn.

The National Union of Jewish Front Soldiers recently sent a letter to the “Bismarck Bund” requesting that the organization seek to influence its members to refrain from molesting Jewish passersby on the streets. The only reply from the “Bismarck Bund” to the Jewish veterans was that it saw no necessity to refrain its members from curbing Jewish “freshness”.
