The local offices of the Joint Distribution Committee acting upon instructions of the American headquarters have appropriated $8,000 for the Hebrew “Tarbuth” schools here. The Joint also gave the sum of $3,000 towards the Teachers Institute of the Tarbuth.
The money will be used for the Tarbuth institutions of both Warsaw and Wilna.
