Cleveland Jewish Woman, Child, Perish in Tokio Quake

Mrs. Bessie Mandel and her son, Richard, age 8, members of a prominent Cleveland Jewish family were killed by the Tokio disaster, according to a message received by the woman’s father. The Mandel family is at the head of a big paper factory owned by an American concern.
