Palestine Rail Workers Want Saturday Rest Day

The conference of Palestinian railway men which is being held here went on record as favoring Saturday as the day of rest for all railroad workers.

The workmen demand to be given the normal remuneration for the day. They also decided to promote organizational and cultural work among Arab workers employed in the Palestine railways, telephone and telegraph.
