Roumanian Professors Reject Numerus Clausus

The proposal of Professor Cuza that a numerus clausus be instituted in Roumanian universities was finally defeated at the Congress of Professors which is meeting at Jassy.

The Congress adopted resolutions demanding that the students quit all polities and agitation and submit themselves to academic regulations.
