The impetus given to the monarchist movement in various parts of Germany is reflected in the Russian monarchist circles here as well.

Two of the Russian leaders, Markoff and Tolmatchoff have organized an espionage bureau whose function will be to list all Jews in Germany suspected of Bolshevistic sympathies. The Russians expect to make use of this list in the event the German monarchists are successful.

They hope then to wreak their vengeance on these Jews and in particular to prevent any of those who may be so inclined from rendering any assistance to the Bolshevist regime in Russia.
