The glorious victories of the Hakoah football team in encounters with opposing teams at home and abroad notwithstanding, the Jewish football players had been forced to decide that they had better not hold any more matches with Christian teams. This action follows attacks delivered on the football players at every match. It is alleged that in addition to being reviled and hooted on the field the team is generally given unfair decisions. This situation may end in the liquidation of the football team.
