Dr. Chaim Weizmann, who is due to arrive on the Aquitania Friday, November 30, will deliver his first address here Sunday evening, December 9, at the Hotel Astor, when the newly organized National Keren Hayesod Council will hold its first meeting. The delegates, including many persons prominent in national affairs, will be drawn from all parts of the United States.
The following evening Dr. Weizmann will again speak at the Astor where a reception will be tendered him by a committee of one hundred.
