Polish Court Frees Maohno; Rearrested After Acquital

The Brigand leader Machno whose bands had committed a number of pogroms throughout the Ukraine, was acquitted by a court here of charges of monarchist activities and separatist propaganda in Eastern Galicia. Machno with his wife had been imprisoned for several months before the trial.

The Prosecutor denounced the acquital and Machno, his wife and the other accused were rearrested.
