100,000 Refugee Children from Russia in Europe

One hundred thousand children of Russian refugees are scattered through out Europe, according to a report of M. Hanotaux at the meeting of the Council of the League of Nations. Paris alone, he said, has over 4,000 refugee children attending schools. There are in addition 15,000 Russian students in Western Europe, including a thousand in France and 3,000 in Germany.
