Salim Abdul Rachman, ##on of the Mayor of Tul Kerem, who was arrested on the charge of being the leader of a bandit gang, has been released today on bail.
Rachman is one of the nationalistic leaders of Palestine and his arrest came as the result of the intervention of the Executive of the Palestine Arabs with the Government.
Rachman was arrested following the discovery by the authorities that he was the leader of a gang which had been robbing and terrorizing many Palestinian villages recently.
