At a luncheon discussion of the National Republica Club, on Saturday, at which the subject was “Are the Church and Parents Doing Their Duty in Respect to the Religious Instruction of the Young?” Dr. Krass declared that organized religion had failed partly because of hatred and prejudice between its great branches, and urged that the Protest ant, Catholic and Jewish Churches join in matters on which they could unite to bring about the religious instruction of children, millions of whom in this country, he said, were without religious contact of any kind.
