Rabbi Wolfe Gold, well known Mizrachi leader and Rabbi of the United Jewish Orthodox Community of this city, has resigned his post here, and is leaving for Palestine.
Rabbi Gold, since he came to San Francisco from New York, has made a strenuous effort to build up in the far West a united Jewish orthodox community. He succeeded in securing a Jewish center for the orthodox group, where activities along spiritual, social and recreational lines, for young and old, are carried on.
