No Special Representative to Negotiate Anglo-arab Treaty

No special representative will be sent to England by the Hedjas for the purpose of negotiating an Anglo-Arab treaty, according to information from a semi-official source. The negotiations which have been going on for some time will be continued through the usual channels with Major Bullar, the British representative at Jedda.

King Hussein, it is reported, is resentful over the fact that Premier MacDonald did not extend his congratulations to him upon his assumption of the Caliphate, where as on the occasion of Zaglu’s appointment as Prime Minister of Egypt, the new Prime Minister was felicitated by the Premier.
