The Cabinet of Emir Feisul, King of Mesopotamia, resigned last Monday. Yasman has been given the task of forming a new Ministry. He was formerly the leader of the party in the Mesopotamian Parliament which was opposed to the ratification of the treaty between England and Mesopotamia. He has now reversed his position and is the protagonist of an alliance between the two countries.
