The District of Mosul, calimed by both Turkey and Mesopatamia, was yesterday the object of a raid by Turkish irregulars who have caused disturbances in many localities of the district. As a result of this raid the government in Mesopatamia had declared martial law in the country. The Turkish raiders were dispersed with the aid of aeroplanes.
