A Palestine smallholders’ co-operative society, initiated by Dr. S. Soskin for the carrying out of his scheme of creating in Palestine agricultural settlements working on the lines of extensive cultivation, was registered here today. Dr. Soskin is leaving for Europe shortly to complete the financial arrangements for the scheme.
