An appeal to world Jewry to utilize the historic opportunity of settling the economically ruined Jewish masses in Russia on the land now available in the Crimea and the Ukraine, was issued today by a special conference of prominent Jewish social workers, who have been convening here.
The conference unanimously adopted a resolution favoring the Crimean project.
