Two Jewish Senators in Egyptian Parliament

When the Egyptian Parliament opens today there will be two Jews among its members. Although according to the law, one representative is allowed to 50,000 population, this requirement was cut in order to enable the Jewish population of Komomba, which is below that figure, to have two representatives.
